Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Gramli Protein, also listed on the App Store as Protein Tracker: Gramli ("Gramli"). Gramli is provided by Ruslan Shadura ("the Developer"). By downloading or using Gramli, you agree to these terms.

1. Using Gramli

You may use Gramli for personal, non-commercial purposes and only as permitted by applicable law. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Unless a custom license agreement is provided through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your license to use Gramli. These Terms of Use supplement that agreement and do not replace rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

3. Free and Paid Features

Gramli includes free features and optional paid features. Gramli Premium is offered through auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions. Current features, subscription periods, prices, and any promotional offers are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Gramli does not cancel an active subscription. Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests under its own policies.

4. Your Data and Third-Party Services

Gramli stores your foods, protein logs, goals, and body metrics on your device. When iCloud sync is available and enabled, this data may sync through your private iCloud account.

If you grant Apple Health access, Gramli may read weight and body-fat data from Apple Health and write dietary-protein data to Apple Health. You can change or revoke Health access in iOS Settings.

Gramli uses Firebase Analytics. When you choose optional AI Fill, the meal text you enter is sent off your device to Firebase AI Logic for processing. More information appears in the Privacy Policy.

5. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

Gramli is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Food values, AI estimates, goals, and calculations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health or nutrition decisions.

6. Availability and Changes

Gramli may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. Updates may be required for continued use. The Developer does not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or operate without interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

Gramli, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, belongs to the Developer or applicable licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant permission to use Gramli; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Termination

Your right to use Gramli may end if you violate these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, and liability continue after termination where applicable.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

Gramli is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims warranties not expressly required by law and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from your use of Gramli. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may change when Gramli, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The updated version will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
